Riofrio
Riofrio is a small town an hours drive from Granada, 5kms from Loja, Spain. It is a town of two rivers, the Rio Frio, from which the then gets its name and the Salado rivers run through the town. The town is well known for it’s trout and caviar, winning the accolade of the world’s best caviar award 2005!
The town is pretty sleepy off season with a few restaurants open to sample the towns fishy fare but the best part about the town is the picturesque river side walk.
An idyllic stroll complete with stunning scenery, freshly cut logs, towering trees and a perfect picnic spot at the end!
What a beautiful looking place for the whole family to explore

It’s beginning to like very autumn like there but still warm enough to be out playing in short sleeves, how wonderful.
